Accessibility Statement for Humant Group Limited

1. Our Commitment

Humant Group Limited is committed to making its digital platforms, websites, and patient-facing applications accessible and usable by everyone.

We are working towards full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, ensuring our solutions are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust (POUR) for all users.

Accessibility is a core design and engineering principle across all Humant products, including our patient monitoring platform and clinician dashboard.

2. Current Accessibility Status

  • Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA
  • Current status: Partially compliant – most key user journeys and interface components meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Known issues: Minor contrast inconsistencies and alternative-text gaps are being remediated under our current accessibility improvement plan.
  • Target date for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance: Q2 2026

3. Measures to Support Accessibility

Humant has implemented the following measures to achieve and maintain accessibility:

  • Embedding accessibility and inclusive design principles in our software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Accessibility testing as part of QA for all major releases (including automated and manual tests).
  • Regular third-party accessibility audits.
  • Staff training in accessibility standards and assistive-technology use.
  • Regular reviews of feedback from users and NHS partners.
  • Ongoing review of compliance with NHS Design System and Welcome to GOV.UK  Design Standards.

4. Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to all digital properties operated by Humant Group Limited, including:

  • Humant 
  • (patient and clinician portals)
  • Any mobile or tablet apps distributed via official app stores.

5. Non-Accessible Content

Some older interface components and visual elements may not yet fully comply with WCAG 

Content update planned (Q2 2026)


We are actively tracking and resolving these through our accessibility improvement plan.

6. Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technologies

Humant platforms are designed to work with:

  • Latest two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox
  • Operating systems: Windows 11, macOS 12+, iOS 16+, Android 12+

We aim to acknowledge messages within 5 working days and to respond or outline corrective actions within 20 working days.

8. Enforcement Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, you can escalate your concern to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), the regulatory body for the accessibility regulations in the UK.

You may also contact the Government Digital Service (GDS) for advice or to report inaccessible public-sector websites.

9. Continuous Improvement

Humant’s leadership is committed to ensuring accessibility remains integral to design and compliance.

Our annual accessibility review forms part of our Information Management System (IMS) and DTAC assurance process.

We welcome feedback and collaboration to help improve our accessibility standards and user experience.
